Making time to listen to you and what you need
Life can be very complicated and challenging. It is sometimes hard to make the time to reflect, grow and develop. It can be hard to make sense of some of the things that can happen to us or those we care about.
We have all experienced times when we have felt vulnerable, isolated or stuck. It's at times like these when you may need someone to talk to - someone who will not judge, evaluate or try and make you follow particular advice. I hope I can be that person for you.
